​I am a bright, friendly, and cheerful person. I love to learn new things and like to help others. I am a person who is positive about every aspect of life.

My name is Mr. Jirapath Mekhun, My Burmese name is Mr.Si Thu Htun. My Thai friends call me Tam and my Burmese friends call me Si Thu. I am an only child and orphaned. I was grown up with adoptive families since I was young. After graduating from high school, I spent my life alone and work for myself and study. ​

 

My achievement in life is to be able to study in the university and gain a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree. There were unexpected things I have never thought that I can do is about receiving a scholarship to study in the Philippines. It’s the greatest experience I have ever had. ​

 

Because my life was growing up at the Thailand-Myanmar border, I had learned so many languages. (Thai, Burmese, English, Shan, and Karen) and Iearned various cultures from the ethnic groups along the borderline. I believe it is my proficiency strength point of mine. For the weakness, I can say I am a compassionate person, not good at self-control sometimes, I cry easily for no reason and feel a lack of warmth from my parents. ​

 

For my future goals, I want to be an entrepreneur and run my own business, and also want to be an independent investor. Moreover, I would like to travel around the world to seek knowledge, learn about various cultures and get to know many people around the world.
